We offer a wide range of whipped cream making equipment, including cream chargers that contain potentially lethal Nitrous Oxide (N2O) gas. We are legally required to perform due diligence checks under under the Misuse of Drugs Act of 1971 to guarantee that these items do not fall into the hands of individuals who may intend to abuse or misuse them. This website’s Nitrous Oxide goods are only for use in the preparation of food and beverages. We have the right to refuse to sell to anyone we believe is intending to misuse our products.

MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1971:
As of November 8, 2023, nitrous oxide is classified as a Class C substance in the UK under the Misuse of Drugs Act of 1971. This means that the importation, exportation, supply and possession of Nitrous Oxide is regulated by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.

Our Policy Information

We have put in place a number of safeguards to prevent the misuse of our N2O products:

1. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase any of our Nitrous Oxide products. Automated ID checking software is built into our checkout. It uses your details against publically available databases to verify your age. If it can not verify your age you will have to provide ID by email.
2. On the checkout / product page, all customers will be required to provide a statement of intended usage for each and every order containing cream chargers, which will be manually checked prior to the fulfilment of any order.
3. Every 14 days, home and residential users are allowed up to 240 chargers. Your ordering limit will be reset 14 days after you place your first order. If you need more than 240 pieces per 14-day period, please fill out our 241+ pcs cream chargers declaration form.
4. We do NOT offer collection, all goods are sent via courier.
5. We do NOT sell for cash
6. We do NOT ship to university halls of residence, any sort of student accommodation, Colleges, Schools or Hospitals. All addresses are checked when your order has been processes against public records stating the property type and use.
7. If we suspect you are purchasing cream chargers for the purpose of misusing them, we will refuse the sale and keep your information in our protected customer database, and you will be unable to purchase from us again in the future.
8. Possession of Nitrous Oxide is illegal if you intend to wrongfully inhale it; or intend to supply it to another person for its wrongful inhalation.
9. Supplying Nitrous Oxide is illegal if you know, or are reckless as to whether, it is likely to be wrongfully inhaled.
10. Prior to placing an order, all customers must read and agree to our cream chargers sales policy to certify that they: understand the risks associated with N2O misuse and guarantee that our products will be used solely for food/beverage preparation and will not be misused in any way.

Accepting our policy

1. You confirm that you are the named purchaser and that you are at least 18 years old.

2. You understand that inhalation of nitrous oxide carries the risk of serious health problems including death.

3. You confirm that you neither intend to misuse the Nitrous Oxide products, nor supply them to any 3rd person for the purpose of misuse, or in a way that is reckless as to whether that 3rd person intends to misuse the goods.

4. You confirm that you will not supply any persons under the age of 18 with Nitrous Oxide.

5. You understand that by way of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001, it is a criminal offence to possess Nitrous Oxide where the person intends to wrongfully inhale it; or intends to supply it to another person for its wrongful inhalation by any person.

6. You understand that by way of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001, it is a criminal offence, punishable with up to 14 years in prison, to supply Nitrous Oxide to another person, if you know, or are reckless as to whether, it is likely to be wrongfully inhaled by a person.

7. You understand that by way of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001, it is a criminal offence, punishable with up to 14 years in prison to offer to supply nitrous oxide, if you know, or are reckless as to whether, if the substance were supplied in accordance with the offer, it would be likely to be wrongfully inhaled by any person.

8. You will take all measures which can be reasonably expected to ensure that any person or business that you supply with Nitrous Oxide Cream Chargers will comply with the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016.

8. You will take all measures which can be reasonably expected to ensure compliance with the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.

9. You will take all measures which can be reasonably expected to ensure that any person or business that you supply with Nitrous Oxide Cream Chargers will comply with The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.

10. You will take all reasonable measures to ensure the goods are only used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

11. You will take all measures which can be reasonably expected to ensure that the goods are kept in a secure place, with no access to minors or persons who may misuse the products.

12. You will never use any signage, labelling, information or any form of advertising that in any way suggests or encourages misuse of the products.

13. You understand that Nitrous Oxide Cream Chargers and cylinders contain compressed gas, and as such should never be put on board an aircraft, and that you will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any 3rd person you supply is also fully aware of this.

14. You confirm that the products containing Nitrous Oxide will at no time be heated in any way, nor pierced by anything other than a certified whipped cream dispenser or infusion device, and that you will take due diligence measures to ensure that anyone you supply the goods with will also act in accordance with this.

14. You understand that if you are found to have misused the Nitrous Oxide products, supplied a 3rd party for misuse or in a reckless manner, or supplied person’s under the age of 18, Cream chargers uk will terminate the business relationship with you, banning you from any future purchases, and where appropriate share that information with the police.

15. You confirm that you fully understand and will comply with all of the statements above.

Please keep in mind that if your order is cancelled before to shipping because you cannot or will not meet any of the above conditions, you will be refunded minus a £4.20 admin fee to compensate the time and costs involved in manually checking and refunding your order.
