The most divine vegan hollandaise sauce recipe. Super easy to make using unconventional but innovative methods utilising the latest in food tech products. 

For this recipe we will be using a whipped cream dispenser & Whipped cream chargers (Yes, They have other uses than just making whipped cream). 

You will be really pleased with how this recipe turns out, Producing a uniform, Silky, Flavourful, Creamy, Devine finished product (Every time!) 


  • 160 g Water of chickpeas (can)
  • 20 ml vinegar
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 25 g Chickpea flour
  • 4 g Kala Namak
  • 250 g vegan margarine
  • 100 ml vegetable stock


  1. Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan and briefly bring to the boil, then puree the entire mass in a blender.
  2. Put straight into your whip cream dispenser using a Funnel & Sieve. Insert one cream charger into your dispenser and shake about 14-16 times.

PRO TIP: Mix a pinch of xanthan gum into the cold stock and chickpea mixture before heating it. This gives the sauce more stability.
