Simple Tiramisu recipe

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert composed of coffee-soaked savoiardi ladyfingers that are layered and filled with cream and mascarpone. There are no eggs in this recipe.

There are many numerous forms of tiramisu recipes; the one here is an authentic Italian tiramisu created quickly with modernist techniques.


  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 10 ml espresso
  • 100 ml tiramisù syrup

How to make Tiramisu at home (12 portions)

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put into a 0.5L Whipper. Screw on  Cream Charger and shake vigorously.

Serving suggestion

Prepare a strong espresso and place a piece of sponge finger in it. Decorate with tiramisu and sprinkle with cocoa.

Double the ingredients for a 1L Whipper. Screw on 2 Cream Chargers, one after the other. Shake vigorously after attaching each Charger. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25L Whipper.
