How to make this delicious Berry mousse culinary delight using N20 + Cream charger dispenser!
This wild berry mousse tastes magnificent, Looks just as good too. Serve as a garnish for a fruity desert or on ice cream.
Even better this recipe will only take you minutes to produce!
(Based on 0.5ltr cream whipper. For 1/4ltr dispensers use half the qty listed. For 1ltr dispensers use double the quantity listed below.)
250ml heavy cream
30ml Grand Marnier
70g powdered sugar
1 × vanilla bean(s)
0.5 × lemon(s)
250g forest berries
How to make berry mousse:
- Puree the forest berries and mix with sugar and Grand Marnier. Add the core of the vanilla pod and refine with lemon juice.
- Pass the mixture through the Funnel & Sieve, add the heavy cream. Pour everything into the 0.5 L Cream whipper, screw on 1 x Purple cream chargers and shake about 6-10 times.
- Garnish the berry mousse with fresh fruits and serve.
Serve from your dispenser as needed. Store your finished product in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
