Aperol Spritz recipe
Aperol Spritz is an Italian wine-based cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy. It consists of prosecco, Aperol and soda water.
The Aperol Spritz became widely popular outside of Italy around 2018 and was ranked as the world's 9th bestselling cocktail in 2019 by the website Drinks International.
- 1 × lemon(s)
- 80ml Prosecco
- 80ml Aperol
- 40ml Tonic water
- 10g crushed ice
How to make Aperol Spritz
- Fill your Soda Siphon with cold water.
- Screw on 1 iSi soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Add your crushed ice
- Pour the Prosecco into a large wine glass and add the Aperol and tonic water. Top up with soda water from your Soda Siphon and garnish with lemon slices.
