Using nitrogen to charge your red kombucha creates a smoother, creamier beverage that is sure to satisfy.
- 300 ml Kombucha
- 20 ml Hibiscus syrup
- 30 ml egg white
- 600 ml Cold Brew Tea (Hibiscus)
- Stir in the Cold Brew Tea and the other ingredients and then pour through a Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro dispenser. (Add 8 teabags to 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz) of boiling water and depending on the type of tea, leave to brew for 5–10 minutes. Top up with 750 ml (25 fl. oz) cold water and leave to cool for at least 12 hours. Strain through a coffee filter or a paper towel.)
- Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.
- Turn your Nitro dispenser upside down and dispense into your glass / cup.
