- 750 ml Cold Brew Cacao
- 80 ml Chocolate syrup
- 120 ml rum
- 50 g egg white
Cocoa cold brew recipe
- 1L Water.
- 60g cacao nibs.
- 20g (2 tbsp.) cacao powder
Add the cacao nibs and cacao powder to 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz) of boiling water and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Top up with 750 ml (25 fl. oz) cold water and leave to cool for at least 12 hours. Strain through a coffee filter or a paper towel.
- Stir together all of the ingredients and pour through an iSi Funnel & Sieve into the iSi Nitro dispenser
- Charge with an iSi Nitro Charger, shake eight times.
For extra silky mouth feel use 2 X Nitro chargers
