How to make cold brew coffee.

- 2 X 64 oz mason jar (Or 2.5~ ltr containers)
- Coffee grinder
- Coffee filter paper
- 80g coffee beans
- 1ltr of water (Ideally filtered water)
- iSi Nitro whip
- iSi Nitro chargers
This guide will walk you through the process of creating nitro cold brew coffee at home in just a few simple steps! This is the initial step toward creating delectable nitro cold brew coffee.

Step 1: On your scale, weigh 80g of coffee beans.

Cold water alters the molecules extracted from the coffee grounds fundamentally, which is why cold brew is so smooth in comparison to regular coffee.

Step 3: Fill your 64 oz Mason jar halfway with coarsely ground coffee beans.

If you steep yours for an extended period of time (24 hours or more), your concentrate may taste much bitter and stronger than it should. This can be corrected by adding additional water.

You may need to strain the coffee in batches depending on the size of your strainer. Once strained, cover and refrigerate the cold brewed coffee for up to 2 weeks.
At this point, you can either enjoy your creation as-is or improve it further by adding Nitrogen.
We recommend pouring 1/2 cup cold brew over ice, followed by 1/2 cup cold water. If desired, top with sweet cream or half-and-half and serve.
How to turn your cold brew coffee into Nitro brew coffee.
Nitro chargers are used to charge the cold brew coffee.
Fill the iSi Nitro dispenser halfway with your prepared 1ltr of cold brew coffee. and fasten the head. Shake at least six times after charging with one N2 Charger. use an extra charger for extra nitro goodness.
How to Serve Nitro brew coffee.
Hold the dispenser upside down and at an angle so that more movement in the liquid results in a more beautiful and higher cascading effect when released from the dispenser.
