The secret is the iSi Cream Whipper As the name suggests, it’s for making fresh whipped cream. You simply pour in the cream, pop in an N2O charger, release the nitrous oxide gas into the cream, and presto, you’ve got whipped cream. Infusing alcohol works almost exactly the same way.

Blue Vodka

Refreshing, sparkling and fruity: The Blue Vodka is a cocktail for all occasions.


  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 40 ml soda water
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 150 g blueberries


1: Fill the iSi Sodamaker Classic or the iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 iSi soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

2: Place some ice in a highball glass and garnish it with blueberries, raspberries and a sprig of thyme.

3: Put the with blueberries flavoured vodka, lime juice and cane sugar syrup in a shaker, mix it up and sieve it into the glass.

4: Complete the cocktail with soda from the iSi Sodamaker Classic.
