How to make basil oil using N20 + Dispenser for rapid infusion!
Save literally weeks on waiting time for your bail to infuse with your oil. Using N20 + Cream dispenser will infuse your basil and oil together to make unforgettable Basil oil, In minutes instead of the traditional weeks without compromise for flavour!
Nitrous oxide is used to force the liquid into the pores of the solid, When the pressure is released the nitrous gas turns into bubbles, breaking the cell walls of the flavour-component down, releasing the flavour into the liquid, Instantly infusing the liquid + solid together.

- 400 ml vegetable oil
- 50 g basil
- Roughly shred your basil and place it in the cream whipper together with the oil. Attach the Rapid Infusion accessories to the iSi Gourmet Whip dispenser as per instructions.
- Screw on 2 iSi Professional Chargers and leave for 15 minutes.
- Afterwards, rapidly vent the iSi Gourmet Whip by pressing the lever. Unscrew the Whipper head from the stainless steel iSi bottle and remove the sieve and sieve seal. Empty the oil into a glass through the iSi Funnel & Sieve.
