This Berry Syrup is a fantastic addition to pancakes, waffles, French toast, ice cream, and more. It only takes around 10 minutes to make and adds a tremendous blast of flavour to every bite.

Prepare to have your world turned upside down if you've never crafted your own syrup before. Homemade syrup is considerably superior to store-bought pancake syrup, and it's really easy to make.

Hot or cold, berry syrup is delightful. It goes well with almost any dessert or sweet brunch item.


  • 190 g sugar
  • 190 ml water
  • 120 g berries

How to make berry syrup

  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil once and cool again completely.
  2. Pour into a 0.5 L whipped cream dispenser together with the berries and assemble the Rapid Infusion Set.
  3. Screw on one cream charger and let steep for at least 3 hours. Then quickly release the pressure and pass through a strainer.
Cold pressure infusion gives the syrup an intense yet balanced taste.
