French Dressing Ingredients

  • 200 g Mayonnaise
  • 60 g mustard
  • 40 ml white wine vinegar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml olive oil

How to Make French Dressing

  1. Blend Ingredients: Start by combining the mayonnaise, mustard, white wine vinegar, milk, sour cream, and olive oil in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully integrated.
  2. Strain and Charge: Use an iSi Funnel & Sieve to strain the mixture, ensuring a smooth consistency without any lumps. Then, pour the dressing into a 0.5L iSi Whip.
  3. Aerate: Attach an iSi Professional Charger and shake the whip for 6 seconds to aerate the dressing, giving it a light and fluffy texture.
